Aides must bring identification showing that they are employees of your agency. Sites offering the vaccine are as follows:

• Kingsbrook- 585 Schenectady Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11203 – open 7am – 6:30 pm 7 days a week – no appointment needed
• Brookdale – 1 Brookdale Plaza, NY 11212 – open 7am – 6:30 pm 7 days a week – appointment needed – please call 718-240-5544 to make the appointment
