CAREGIVERS
Please know that we value your commitment to the patients and we are sincerely grateful to you for your hard work and dedication during these challenging times.

Effective July 6th, 2020, Agency personnel will be available in office to assist you, however, before coming into the agency, please call to see if your issue/concern can be addressed via phone to prevent an unnecessary visit to the agency. Any support needed, including concerns about the COVID-19, one of our nursing staff will gladly address your concerns.

SAFETY FIRST
Reminder if you have a fever, cough, sore throat or any other respiratory symptoms, please call the agency to report such and refrain from going to your patient until you speak with an agency nurse. If you have also recently travelled to another State/Country, please call the agency’s nurse for directions before you return to work.

PPE PICKUP
PPE can be picked up daily between the hours of 9am to 4pm

HR/COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT
Staff is available in office to assist you with your in-service, medicals and other compliance needs. We encourage you to schedule an appointment to come into the agency to limit staff visits and to better assist your needs.

Reminder: Physicals, PPD/Quantiferon, Drug tests are due annually, also if you have any updated immigration documents, please complete and submit to the agency if you have not done so.
Please follow instructions to the text you receive on how to log on to do your in-service training; any assistance needed with the in-service app., please call the HR department.

PAYROLL DEPARTMENT
If you have a payroll issue or concern, please call to schedule an appointment to meet with a staff member who can assist you.

TIMESHEETS
In an effort to process your payroll promptly, please clock-in/out daily. Please get into the habit of clocking-in/out, effective January 1st, 2021, it will be mandatory by the Federal Government and it will be the only way you will get paid.

PAYCHECKS
Please note that ALL paychecks will be mailed out.  Please do NOT come into the office to pick up paychecks.
